What the enquiry form asks for
The form asks for your name, phone, email, project suburb, project type, intended start timeframe and a description of the work. You may also choose to provide photos, plans or scope documents.
How information is used
Information you provide is used to assess your project, clarify the scope, prepare a quote and communicate with you about the enquiry. Relevant project information may be shared with trusted team members or trades involved in assessing or delivering your work.
Photos and plans
Only provide files you are authorised to share. Avoid uploading identity documents, insurance account details, payment information or other sensitive records that are not needed to assess the plastering work.
Enquiry delivery
The website uses Resend to deliver your enquiry and any attached photos or documents to Western Interior Systems' Microsoft 365 email inbox. These providers process the information for delivery and may process it outside Australia. Uploaded files are sent as email attachments, not displayed in the public project gallery.
